Vanilla Cinnamon rum preparation bag

Preparation for Cinnamon Vanilla rum.

Composition: vanilla beans, cinnamon sticks, cinnamon leaf, clove leaf, star anise

This preparation is suitable for 1 liter of rum.

Place the ingredients of the preparation in a glass container, complete with rum and cane sugar according to your taste (5 spoons minimum).

Then you will just need to be a little bit patient cause all the ingredients need to release their aromas.

Note: We recommend that you check the maceration regularly because cinnamon and star anise may diffuse their aromas very quickly and depending on your taste you may need to remove one or both ingredients faster than the others.
