Rum ginger lychee
Ingredients for 1 l of rum:
Split the vanilla pods and place in a jar.
Add the cinnamon leaves, cloves, ginger and dried lychees.
Fill with the rum and syrup, and make sure you leave a minimum of empty space in the jar.
Mix the preparation and close the jar tightly.
Wait at least 3 months then filter and place in a bottle with the visible vanilla pods inside.
