Vanuatu volcanic vanilla powder
Vanilla powder is obtained by grinding whole dehydrated vanilla pods.
Sambavanilla vanilla powder is guaranteed "no added sugar" 100% vanilla pods.
Vanuatu volcanic vanilla powder
Vanuatu volcanic vanilla powder has a unique taste with fruity and chocolate flavors.
It is produced from whole vanilla pods. The vanilla pods are dehydrated beforehand and then reduced to powder using a so-called "cold" technique which prevents the product from heating up during processing in order to preserve all the aromas.
With a fine and homogeneous grain size, powdered vanilla is ideal and practical for the preparation of your sweet and savory recipes.
You will thus find all the aromas of vanilla grown on volcanic lands with sweet and fruity notes.
Convenient to use, powdered vanilla is easier to store than fresh vanilla pods in a glass jar at room temperature in a dry place and protected from light.
You can use it in the same way as vanilla pods by infusing it in your liquid preparations or directly in simmered dishes. You can also sprinkle it on your fruit salads and even mix it with sugar for a wonderful vanilla sugar.
What is the ideal dosage for vanilla powder?
There is not really an ideal dosage for vanilla powder. It takes about a teaspoon for the equivalent of a vanilla bean, but gourmets will undoubtedly be a little more generous.
And the ice cream?
To make your ice creams, we recommend that you instead use our natural liquid vanilla extract with or without seeds.
