- 4 egg whites
- 150 g sugar
- 50 g flour
- 50 g almond powder
- A pinch of salt
- 75 g butter
- 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract.
Preheat the oven to 200 °C
Spread some butter inside the financier molds.
In a salad bowl, mix the almond powder, sugar, flour and vanilla extract.
Beat the egg whites until stiff with salt, gradually increasing the speed of the mixer.
Add the egg whites to the flour and other preparations
In a saucepan, melt the butter and add to the previsous preparation.
Pour into the pan and cook for 15 min.
Take out of the oven and let cool on a rack.
