Pork ribs with honey, ginger and vanilla
Melt butter in a pan.
Add the honey.
Split the Prima vanilla bean and scrape the seeds using the back of the knife.
Add the vanilla seeds and the split bean to the pan and set aside.
In a warm pan, brown the pork ribs with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
Season with salt, pepper and ginger powder.
Once the meat is grilled on all sides, pour the honey and vanilla butter mixture and finish cooking by regularly basting the meat with its juice.
Dress the plates with the meat and cover with the caramelized vanilla sauce.
Serve with rice or pasta.
