Pastéis de Nata
Ingrédients
- One puff pastry
- 6 egg yolks
- 1 vanilla bean « Extra » type
- 250 g of sugar
- 50 g de vanilla sugar
- 50 g of flour
- 500 ml of milk
Preparation :
Split the vanilla pod and collect the seeds,
Boil the milk with vanilla bean.
In a bowl, mix the flour with vanilla sugar and sugar.
When the milk comes to a boil, remove the pan from the heat and add the milk into the flour and sugar mixture.
Add the egg yolks and mix everything.
Spread the puff pastry in small ramekins, then add the preparation.
Bake at around 200/210 °C for 10 minutes.
