Sambavanilla wants to respect its commitment and selects for you the best of vanilla bean. Our goal is to provide you with quality products with characteristic aromas of the land. We are not talking to you about the vanilla pods that you can find in supermarkets! But many fresh and not split vanilla pods, harvested from Sambava (Madagascar). As a reminder, Sambavanilla vanilla pods are rigorously chosen and sold in lots of 10, 15, 20, 25, 50 with sizes as generous as ever. Contrary to popular belief, it is important to emphasize that the larger the vanilla, the more vanillin it contains. Here is our selection for you:

Vanilla Extra

The extra vanilla has the particularity of being very fleshy and filled with seeds. Its intoxicating scent and contained aroma make it your ally if you want to start making excellent desserts. The extra vanilla is available in different lots and each lot comes in a vacuum packaging to optimize the freshness of the product.

Vanilla Prima

For vanilla lovers, we recommend Prima vanilla. Prima vanilla pods contain a generous amount of seeds and allow you to obtain desserts with a more pronounced character. True vanilla pods from Madagascar, prima vanilla or Vanille TK is plumpier than extra vanilla and is the ideal product for gourmets.

Black Vanilla

Vanilla pompona is one of the oldest varieties of Vanilla from Madagascar. It is also called "Mexican vanilla". Papua Vanilla

Vanilla from Papua is the cousin of vanilla from Madagascar. It offers a whole range of flavors with woody and spicy notes and goes perfectly with your sweet and savory dishes. The Papua vanilla selected by Sambavanilla comes directly from the province of Morobe located in the eastern sector of the country. Cultivated according to the traditional method and follow the same preparation cycle as the vanilla from Madagascar, they are distinguished from the pods of Madagascar by a blacker color and a more woody scent.

Vanuatu vanilla

Vanuatu is located in Oceania between the Fiji Islands and New Caledonia. Vanuatu Sambavanilla vanilla pods come from the Planifolia variety like the Bourbon vanilla from Madagascar and are cultivated on volcanic lands hence their chocolate and fruity flavors. It is a very famous vanilla and ranked among the best vanilla in the world. Its exceptional aroma and oily nature, it is the ideal ingredient if you want to bake cakes, custards and ice creams.
