Black Gourmet vanilla is much longer than traditional pods. It measures between 17 and 19 cm and contains even more seeds.

The vanillin content is at least 2.1% and their moisture content is between 32 and 35%.

Black vanilla pods also benefit from a longer maturing time which provides additional richness in the development of aromas.

For better storage, we recommend you to use our glass tubes.
