Kely vanilla beans are small beans about 13 cm (5")
They have followed the same preparation and refining process as traditional beans and offer a range of aromas that will match with the most delicate palets.
As soon as you open the bag, you will be overwhelmed by the haunting scent of vanilla.
The beans are delivered in a vacuum bag to protect them during transport.
We recommend that you open the bag and leave the beans about 24 hours in the air before storing them in a suitable glass tube.
You can use Kely beans in the same way as other beans in your sweet and savory preparations as well as your arranged rums.
Characteristics:
Appearance: Fresh, flexible, dark brown none splited beans.
Aroma: fruity and chocolatey scent.
Size: Length around 13 cm (5").
Did you know? : a small vanilla bean is not a vanilla bean that has been harvested too early. It follows the same growth process as the other beans. If it is smaller, it is because the vanilla tree had a lot of flowers and they were all fertilized. The vanilla tree then having much more fruit to feed, the pods are less developed than if they had been fewer.
