Composition: Fleur de sel - 97%; grounded vanilla - 3%
The fleur de sel from Madagascar is picked by the Vezo, one of the oldest ethnic Malagasy whose life is dedicated to the sea.
Our fleur de sel comes from Ifaty salt farms and is is produced in a traditional way by evaporating sea water in earthen ponds.
The combination of fleur de sel and vanilla led to an explosion of flavors and fragrant iodine liver sublimate your cooking and especially fish and shellfish.
