The Seafood spice mix is a skilfully balanced composition that has its origins in coastal culinary traditions, where seasoning seafood is a subtle art. Unlike classic fish blends, often dominated by dill or fennel, this one combines fresh, zesty citrus notes with mild, slightly spicy spices such as ginger, enhanced by aromatic herbs such as tarragon, to sublimate both white fish and grilled shellfish. Ideal for scallop carpaccio with vanilla, spiced butter for lobster or a marinade for gambas flambéed with rum, it brings a unique aromatic depth without masking the delicacy of marine flavors. Its versatility also makes it an excellent ally for creamy sauces accompanying salmon steaks or spicy fish soups. More refined and less pronounced than blends based on smoked paprika or curry, it stands out for its elegance and ability to enhance each bite with finesse and balance.

Our Seafood spice mix is made up mainly of the following ingredients:
Parsley, red bell pepper, lemon peel, lemongrass, tarragon, dill umbel, ginger.
Instructions for use:
Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Seafood spices to your sauce or directly to raw shellfish or fish, or at the end of cooking.
