Special Lamb Spice Mix

Our lamb spice blend is made up of three key ingredients that work perfectly together. Firstly, Lebanese sumac which is the basic ingredient that brings a sweet and tangy flavour to the lamb. Secondly, we have a combination of mint and rosemary, which will give the meat a fresh touch and a Mediterranean flavour.
