Empty glass tube for storage of vanilla beans

Empty glass tube with screw cap:

Sambavanilla has selected glass tubes with metal screw caps which allow the vanilla pods to be ideally stored.

The tubes are available in 2 different sizes:

• diameter 24 mm x 208 mm (70 ml).
• diameter 29 mm x 208 mm (100 ml).

The first tube can store between 5 and 10 beans of 20 cm long while the second between 10 and 20 pods.

Sambavanilla recommends that you store the pods in a cool, dry place, protected from light.

Vanilla is very sensitive to variations in temperature and hygrometry and we recommend that you open the tubes 1 night every 10 days or so to let the pods breathe and evacuate the moisture that can accumulate inside the tubes. .
